Gloria is the Office Manager who single-handedly keeps the firm running. Or so she thinks. In reality she is only ten minutes away from her next skive. If only she spent less time gossiping or surfing the net then she wouldn’t be half as stressed. She is continually pestering for extra staff for her Lunch Monkeys in the Post Room. Gloria is essentially frustrated in love, in life and in work. Her bitterness is usually vented against the unfortunate Tania.
