Hot shot solicitor Charlie is still the slimiest member of the firm. His relationship with Tania has done nothing to dent his arrogance. He’s secure in the knowledge that he’s the firm’s top biller and an asset that they won’t want to get rid of in a hurry.

“Charlie continues in his fantastic slippery ways, and this series I have worked on the side parting look even more. Charlie is pure evil – Michael Cranford’s words – and an absolute joy to play even when being physically attacked by Tania.” Steve says of his character Charlie.

Steve John Shepherd is probably best known for his role as Joe in the BBC’s seminal nineties law series This Life. He has also appeared in Being Human and returns to EastEnders to play Michael Moon at the end of January 2011.
